As I write from Australia, I can hear the TV that Beverley is watching in another room. The sound is muffled but I know it’s the 11:00 a.m. Covid update. The news is alarming. Sydney, a city of 6,000,000 souls is now in lockdown with police and army patrolling the streets. The Delta strain is surging. (Written September 9, 2021)
Our area in northern New South Wales has just gone into lockdown. Byron Bay, a popular haunt for American Hollywood stars, has been declared a HOT ZONE, with no one allowed in or out. At night time, we can sometimes see reflected on the clouds the lights of the Byron Bay lighthouse.
These dangerous times have stirred my soul. I am very much aware that the fulfillment of Bible prophecies has become a political hot potato. Everyone seems to be polarized, at least most seem to be taking extreme positions. Logic and truth have flown out the window. Hopefully you and I can still think straight.
